You can access Training Mode directly from your existing account, no separate login is required. Please note, previously provided training logins are no longer supported after June 26, 2026 - for practice, please use Training Mode as outlined here.

What is Training Mode?
Training Mode is a practice environment populated with mock student data. It allows educators and administrators to become familiar with the Multitudes Universal Screener and follow-up tasks and to explore platform workflows before working with live students.
When using Training Mode, you can:
- Practice administering the Universal Screener
- Practice follow-up assessments
- Explore Results pages
- Gain confidence using the platform before administering assessments with real students
Accessing Training Mode

- Log in to your Multitudes account.
- Select the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click Training Mode.
You will be taken to a simulated environment containing mock students.
What's Included in Training Mode?
Training Mode includes:
- Mock students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2
- Access to the Universal Screener
- Access to available follow-up assessments
The experience mirrors the live platform so you can practice using the same tools and workflows you'll use with real students.
How Do I Know I'm in Training Mode?
To help distinguish the practice environment from your live account, Training Mode displays a yellow background throughout the platform.
This visual indicator helps ensure you always know when you're working with mock student data.
Exiting Training Mode
When you're finished practicing:
- Click Exit Training Mode.
- You will be returned to your regular Multitudes platform and your live student data.
Note: We recommend using the Exit Training Mode button rather than your browser's Back button. This helps ensure a smooth transition back to your regular account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Training Mode affect my real student data?
No. Training Mode uses mock student data in a separate practice environment. Any activity completed in Training Mode does not affect your live student records.
