Turning on Pop-ups in Chrome when using a laptop is done in the same way regardless of operating system.
Mac OS
Safari
Open Safari and click on the Safari button in the top toolbar. Then click on Settings.
Click on the websites tab along the top of the popup window. Then click on the Pop-up Windows option on the left side. The menu you will need will be on the bottom right.
Click on this menu and select Allow.
Chrome
Open Chrome and click on the Chrome button in the top toolbar. Then click on Settings.
Click on Privacy and Security on the right side of the tab that opens and then Site Settings.
On the next screen, click on Pop-ups and redirects
Finally, click on “Sites and send pop-ups and use redirects.”
iPad OS
Start in your Settings app
On the right side, find the browser app you are using (either Safari or Chrome) and find the Block Pop-ups option on the right. Make sure it is toggled off.
