Uploading a screenshot
Make sure the screenshot you need to upload with your ticket in our help center is on the device you are submitting the ticket with. If the screenshot is of the student screen, you will need to send it to yourself so that you can either submit your ticket using your administrator device, or another device that can access our help center.
Once the screenshot is on the necessary device, click on the "submit a request" button on the top right of the help center
At the bottom of the form, click on the "choose a file or drag and drop here" button
Then choose your file from wherever you keep it (I send my screenshots to desktop but you might keep yours in downloads or documents) and click open
This is what it will look like when once the file is uploaded to the form
If you haven't already, just finish filling out the form with as much information as you are able to provide and press "submit"
