This button allows School Admins to assign all classes from a school to a user in three clicks!
To locate this feature, navigate to the "Manage" tab in the Multitudes platform.

Steps to use the "Assign All Classes from School" button:
Click the check box next to the educator’s ID. The check mark should turn blue, and the Assign All Classes from School button should also be lined in blue
If you want to select multiple educators, click the check box next to each educator's ID
If you want to select all educators, click on the check box in the subtitle (green) section

In the "Schools" dropdown, choose the school whose classes you’d like to assign to the user. The "Title" should remain "Other". Click Continue.

Check that the assignment went through as expected and that this users class assignments reflect what you expect.
Under the Actions header > click the blue arrow > select Manage Classes to see the assigned classes.
