If you are having technical difficulties, you can use the Test Assets page to check whether the issue is related to your internet connection, firewall, browser, or device. This article explains how to test the platform's images, videos, audio, and drag-and-drop features. Complete these steps on both the administrator and student devices.
Before You Begin
Before starting the test:
- Complete the asset test on both the administrator and student devices.
- Make sure you have internet access.
- Open the Test Assets page:

How to Test Assets
Open the Test Assets Page
- Open https://multitudes.ucsf.edu/test-assets/.
- Confirm the page loads successfully.
Test the Images
- Review the images displayed on the page.
- Confirm that each image loads correctly.
- Verify that both the administrator and student devices display the images properly.
Note: If the page appears too large, follow the zoom-out instructions shown in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Test the Video and Audio
- Select Play on each video.
- Watch each video until it finishes.
- Confirm that both the video and audio play correctly.
- Play each audio clip, even if the video's audio worked correctly.
- Listen to each audio clip until it finishes.
Test the Spelling Drag and Drop Feature
- Drag the letters into the answer box.
- Select the blue arrow button.
- Confirm that the drag-and-drop activity resets after you submit the answer.
Still Having Trouble?
If every test works correctly but you are still experiencing problems, submit a support request using the Submit a Request button in the Help Desk.
If any of the asset tests do not work:
- Complete the Tech Checklist to verify your browser and device are ready to use the platform.
- If the Tech Checklist does not resolve the issue:
- Take a screenshot of the problem.
- Write a brief description of what happened.
- Submit both using the Submit a Request button in the Help Desk.If you are having technical difficulties, you might need to test assets so that the problem can be narrowed down and fixed.
