The new Export tab provides one place to download student assessment results to share with families or use for internal school and district needs. This article explains what you can find in the Export tab and the new export features available for the 2026–27 school year.
About the Export Tab
Important: Parent reports can no longer be generated from the Results tab, and student data exports are no longer available from the Admin Dashboard. Select "Export" in the top navigation bar to access the new workflow for downloading student assessment results.
The Export tab includes three primary workflows:
Parent Reports: Create parent reports of student screening results as a PDF to share with families
Assessment Data: Download student assessment data into a CSV file. This option is available only to users with the School Admin or School Data Admin role.
History: View the status of parent reports or assessment data exports and download them once complete.
Accessing The Export Tab
- Log in to your Multitudes account
- Click Export
2026–2027 Updates
This school year, Multitudes is introducing new features and functionality to the overall exporting experience.
You can now:
Download Parent Reports for multiple schools, grades, classes, or individual students in a single export.
Generate Parent Reports in English, Spanish, or both languages based on family language preferences in Multitudes.
Choose which assessment results to include such as Universal Screener results, additional tasks, or previous screening results.
Choose which student identifiers appear on Parent Reports.
Download Parent Reports as individual PDF files or as a single combined PDF.
Preview a sample Parent Report to check your selections before starting an export.
