School and data administrators can use the Assessment Data tab (previously named Data Exports) to download student screening data as a CSV file. This article walks you through filtering by student and screening status, selecting a date range, and choosing which data columns to include in the export.
Overview of Assessment Data Tab (2 minutes):
Download Student Assessment Data
Choose Students
In "Step 1: Choose Students" you can select a district to get started. This is the only required selection. The remaining report settings are automatically set to all once
Tip: You can select multiple schools, grades, classes, students, and/or screening statuses in the same export. Use the scroll on the dropdown if you don't initially see the school, grade, class, or student you are filtering for.
Choose a Time Period
In "Step 2: Choose a Time Period," you can select a Start Date and End Date to define the range of screening results you want to include. Use the calendar picker to choose your dates.
Choose Information to Include
Choose the student and screening information you want to include in the export. All available fields are included by default. If you want to remove any optional fields, click the pencil icon to open the list of available options.
Note: Some fields are always included and are not among the optional fields to be removed from the export.
When you're ready, select Export Data. Your reports will be available to download in History once the export is complete!
